Travis comes out himself, finds what is actually wrong, tells you straight, and fixes the smallest thing that solves it. He will even walk you through the how and the why if you want to learn. Most of his work comes from neighbors who got a second opinion and never went back.
Travis saved the day. It is rare to find an owner-operator who takes this much pride in his work. He was completely honest about the repairs and did not try to upsell me on anything unnecessary.

An Air Force veteran who built a shop on a handshake.
Travis Givens spent six years in the U.S. Air Force before bringing that same discipline home to Jacksonville HVAC.
He started Givens AC Solutions for a simple reason: he kept meeting people who could not afford the prices the big outfits were charging. So he built a shop around fair pricing, plain-spoken honesty, and treating every customer like a neighbor. When you call, you get Travis, not a call center.
